Shipping & Costs
Production: 2–7 business days. US delivery: 3–7 business days, starting at $5.99. Orders over $75 ship free (standard). Expedited delivery is 1–3 business days after production for $12.99.
Production Timeline
Most items are made-to-order. You’ll receive your tracking number as soon as the order ships (typically within 2–7 business days from purchase).
Returns (Defects Only)
30 days for defective or damaged items. Email photos to [email protected] to initiate. Eligible US returns receive a prepaid label. Refunds are processed 5–7 business days after we receive the item. Final sale items are non-returnable.
International Shipping
Costs and timelines vary by destination. Availability depends on carrier coverage. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once fulfilled, we email a tracking number (typically 2–7 business days after ordering). Use it on our site or the carrier’s portal to monitor delivery. If you encounter issues, contact [email protected].
Return Process
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items within 30 days. Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos to start a claim. Final sale items are non-returnable.
Gift Cards & Gift Notes
Digital gift cards are available at checkout. Gift wrapping isn’t available due to Printful’s process, but you can add a free custom gift note.
